February 3, 2005 - Mackenzie is officially a teenager! Since she's leaving for Sofia, Bulgaria for the Math competition we decided that she could open a couple gifts each morning before school the week of her birthday.oooh, a Linkin Park CD and DVD from Candy and Meagan! Mackenzie listened to the CD right then (and put it on her iPod to take with her on the bus).
The book Full Tilt and the new Eminem CD. A knitting book and 'oooh, the pretty purple yarn' and some of the necklaces and earrings she opened earlier on the counter. Next Christmas = hand knitted things from Mackenzie! Notice the snow out the window, we got dumped on last night, it's so pretty, but not enough to call another snow day!
Mackenzie had to trudge through to get out this morning! She couldn't even tell where the stairs were because it was so deep! She was laughing all the way to the bus!
I was laughing all the way to the snow shovel because I couldn't get out of the garage!
A knitting book with some projects to do, a reading book (yea!) and stick things to put in her hair. She's enjoying this multi-day opening gift thing!
